Advanced Generation Options
To meet different feed water qualities and user needs, we offer two validated system configurations
Single RO + EDI:
A cost-effective, energy-efficient setup for stable water sources. Suitable for standard pharmaceutical use where feedwater has been well pretreated.
Double RO + EDI:
For facilities with higher feed water quality, TPW-2 employs a two-pass reverse osmosis system, ensuring even greater purity and reliability.
Hygienic Construction at Core
All wetted parts: AISI 316L stainless steel
Welding: Orbital GTAW with full traceability and weld maps
Sealing materials: EPDM or PTFE, certified for pharmaceutical contact
Surface finish: Internal roughness Ra ≤ 0.5 µm, electropolished This construction guarantees sanitization compatibility and long-term system integrity
